Exchange Policy = Return for refund and order new!
Our retail store ships direct from Europe and because of this aspect, there is no ability to "exchange" items.

We feel the absolute best way to handle an exchange is to reorder the new item(s) and send back the item(s) for a refund of the product purchase price. As stock varies from day to day, this ensures you can order the needed items!

We accept returns of 100% totally new, UNWORN items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price ONLY. 

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Once received, refunds take between 1 to 4 business days to process.
